BugPlug is a super-simple user feedback and bug submission capture tool.
The widget works by installing some code into the bottom of your site / application. 2 minutes and you're up and running.
When a user visits your site, they'll be able to submit feedback with our tool. We prompt them to define it as an improvement, or an actual bug. Our tool takes a screenshot of what they're seeing, allows them to draw in appropriate annotation to help define the issue, and we capture text from the user defining the problem.
Once this process is complete, the information is submitted to an auto-generated Trello board that we create for you. This board contains a workflow appropriate for improving products, and provides a transparent development schedule to your users.
